電子煙 f低好還是高好？今天我們就來聊聊這個話題。首先我們要明確一點，電子煙是一種新型煙草制品，它的主要成分是尼古丁，這種物質對人體有害，不不過電子煙本身并不會產生尼古丁，所以它不會對人體造成傷害。而且現在市面上的電子煙都是通過霧化的方式吸食的，所以它的危害程度比比較低，但是如果長期吸食電子煙的話，就會對身體造成一定的傷害。所以大家在生活中一定要遠離電子煙，避免自己陷入危險之中。

3mg這個說法其實不完整，應該是3mg/ml，像現在市面上常見的30ml的油，就有90mg的尼古丁。這個量比香煙低多了，一般不會上癮。
3mg的就是比較低的 最低的有0mg的無焦油的 、3mg的尼古丁成分是普通香煙的百分之三十左右、基本不會上癮
